1.    Admission Fee is $10 per vehicle. Visitors are welcome to view our historic Lodge & Museum, Red Barn Recreation Center, Knoll to Eternity, if a facility is not in use, and explore our Ranch trails, lakes, and ponds.

2.   To rent only the Lodge Amenities each day is $200, using the Grand Room, Dining Room and Kitchen, for preparing & serving meals, with two shared Bathrooms.

For lodging, add for each night:

• The Master Suite, $80
  
• Any of 5 Bedrooms, with a shared bath, $60 each
  
• The Grand Room Hide-a-Bed, with a shared bath, $60
  

2a.   The Lodge sleeps twelve (12) for $640 each night.

4.   The Lodge may be a "Do it yourself, Bed & Breakfast". We may provide complimentary fruit in season, juices, coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, muffins, rolls, assorted cereals & milk.

5.   After Two Successive Days, rent is reduced 50 percent.

6.   Overnight sleeping in the Red Barn using your own cots, bed rolls, or sleeping bags, $20 per person each night.

7.   Twenty (20) Parking Pads for self contained RVs, campers, trailers, and many attractive locations for camping, $20 per night.

8.   Riders $10 a day per horse. Horses and tack, bring your own.

9.   Meadowbrook Ranch Apparel, T-Shirts $10, Caps $5.

Make reservations as far in advance as possible, with twenty five percent (25%) non-refundable deposit, assuring availability to you. Nornal lodging check-in time:  2:00 PM; check-out time:  11:00 AM, flexible.
